Is this for new or experienced firefighters?

Both. Recruits use it to prepare for academy and probation. Active firefighters use it to stay fit, durable, and consistently prepared for the job.

How much time does it take?

Most days are 45 minutes or less. The program is built to fit around shift work and real life.

What if I miss a day?

Missing a day isn’t a big deal. The goal is consistency over weeks, not perfection day-to-day.

Is this group coaching or individual?

It’s structured programming with coaching guidance built in. You follow the plan and reach out if you need help. You will also have access to a group chat in the TrainHeroic app for everyone that is going through the Foundations Program.

How do I follow the program?

The full 12-week program is delivered in the TrainHeroic App. Once you sign up, you will create a profile and the program will be loaded on your calendar. From there, every set and rep can be tracked in the app.

What if I don't know how to do an exercise?

The program includes a full video library from TrainHeroic. Every exercise has a description and video showing you how to do it.

Is this a subscription or a one-time payment?

The Firefighter Foundations Program is a one-time payment of $75, which ends up being less than a dollar a day. No monthly fees. No hidden costs. One payment, full access.

What kind of equipment do I need?

The program is built around having access to a full gym; however, each training session in Phase 1 has a minimal equipment option that typically just requires bodyweight and a kettlebell. If these minimal equipment options work for you, keep using them as you move through the next phases.
